Southern McLean takes part in Bison Stampede
Southern McLean’s Brady Vollmuth captured the title in the pole vault during the Bison Stampede Track & Field Meet,
held April 9, in Hazen.
Vollmuth recorded a jump of 10 feet even to capture first place, while teammates Quinton Conoly (8’ 6”) and Cody Landsiedel (7’ 6”) finished fifth and seventh, respectively, in the event. Landsiedel also placed fifth in the 800-meter run (2:16.06), while Conoly tied for sixth place in the high jump (5’ 4”).
