Skyhawks take down Miners

The Wilton-Wing Miners were excited to be taking on the Shiloh Christian Skyhawks in the first round of the Region 5 tournament, getting another crack at the District 9 Champs after falling to them in the Holiday tournament in December.
Shiloh defeated No. 4 ranked Solen to earn the championship and were feeling good about their chances coming into the region tournament.
The Skyhawks would jump on the Miners from the outset with Bartholomew Ogbu scoring 10 points in the quarter and would lead Wilton 20-8 after one.
The Miners would get some nice buckets from Slade Schatz in the second but the Skyhawks continued to pour it on leading 36-17 at half.
