Roughriders take on Mandan meet
Southern McLean cross country made a trip south last week for this year’s Mandan Kiwanis Invitational.
Roughrider varsity girls finished ninth as a team at Thursday’s meet in Mandan, tallying 313 points overall. Minot placed first with a score of 60, Legacy second with 66 and Bowman County third with a score of 74.
Kari Patterson had the strongest finish for Southern McLean girls, crossing the finish line for the 5,000 meter in 21:50.80 and placing 24th
