Miners undefeated in District 10

The Wilton-Wing Miner girls will head into this weekend’s District 10 tournament as the No. 1 seed after besting all six competitors throughout the season.
The Miners will get a bye into the 2020 District 10 tournament, which starts on Thursday at Washburn Public School. Wilton-Wing will do battle with the winner of game one, between Center-Stanton and Garrison, on Friday. The winner of this match will head into Saturday’s championship game.
Wilton-Wing hasn’t taken a district loss all season, since taking on their first Dictrict 10 competitor in early January.
The Miners bested Garrison 54-39 on Jan. 1, then took a 40-29 win over Washburn the week after.
