Miners take down Bison
Wilton-Wing sprinted past Hazen girls in the first of two games last week, though Hazen would get its revenge by night’s end.
The Miners paid a visit to the home of the Bison May 2, laying down an explosive third inning to take a double-digit win.
Hazen pitcher Devin Weisz welcomed Wilton-Wing with a quick strikeout in the first inning, with fellow Bison adding another two outs in the next play as batters were caught at first and third.
