Miners storm the R-T Raiders

The shorthanded Miners made quick work of Richardton-Taylor by jumping to an 18-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back in their 67-43 home win.
Leading scorer Landon Miller (20 points) controlled the paint during the Jan. 26 contest by showcasing a series of inside spin moves to elude defenders and score on the offensive end. But it was his rebounding on both ends of the court that allowed the Purple and White to control the tempo of the game.
“Landon has really done a nice job this year and he continues to get better as the year goes on,” acknowledged head coach Brad Brekke. “We still have to get him more touches.”
