Wild in Wilton returns

Just because the Wilton park board completed a great deal of work last year in finishing off two more playgrounds doesn’t mean they are done looking for ways to raise money. They still have a host of great projects ahead of them and so the great Wild in Wilton events must go on. The crew of Wild in Wilton board members continue to bring fun for the whole family with their lineup of fun over two days this Friday and Saturday. First up is a community basketball game starting at 6 p.m. on Friday night. Lisa Jenkins is leading the organization of this event and said they are still looking for any individuals or teams to come out and add to the fun. It will be a round robin format with bragging rights for the top team. “It’s just a fun deal,” Jenkins said of the event. It’s a great way to start off the weekend.
