Washburn school board president earns Legacy of Service Award
After serving on the Washburn Board of Education for 20 years, the current school board president was honored with the Legacy of Service Award.
Rick Tweeten, current Washburn Public School Board of Education president, received the School Board Legacy of Service Award at the annual North Dakota School Boards Association Annual Convention.
“Rick Tweeten was recognized with the NDSBA Legacy of Service award in the Steadfast Commitment category for his dedicated service to his local school board,” said a press release from NDSBA.
