Washburn approves amendment to City-wide pet ordinance
The city of Washburn has updated and approved its penalties for dangerous and vicious dogs found within the city.
The amendment to ordinance 149A-1, which provides for regulation and licensing of dogs and cats, along with penalties for violations, was first read during the June 10 commission meeting.
The amendment updates Section 12 of the ordinance, which states fees shall be charged for violation of any dog under the provisions of Section 11 in addition.
