Thoreson elevated to president at FSB

In his nearly 10 years at Farmer s Security Bank of Washburn (FSB), Executive Vice President Tony Thoreson has been recognized as the primary loan manager at the Main Avenue site — and he doesn’t envision that changing despite his promotion to president.
“Moving into this role, I’ll still be doing the majority of the lending, but take on some other management duties,” observed the Turtle Lake native, who’ll be overseeing a staff of eleven. “There’ll be some other HR duties.
