Sheriff Corporal sent to hospital after pursuit, roll-over crash near Wilton
A corporal from the McLean County Sheriff’s Department was taken to the hospital for minor injuries after being involved in a pursuit and crash earlier this week.
According to a press release issued by the North Dakota Highway Patrol on April 1, Cpl. Raymond Copeland was traveling in his patrol vehicle at about 5 a.m. southbound on U.S. Highway 83 north of Wilton when a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Colton Lauer, 20, of Lignite approached from behind.
