‘If we can help we should help’
The city of Washburn has waived fees so the local school can use a community kitchen to help provide lunch to students.
During the Aug. 12 city meeting, the commission approved to waive facility fees at the Memorial Hall so Washburn Public School has a place to cook and prepare lunch for its students for the next couple of months.
