Join Washburn elementary for Christmas concert

The Washburn elementary students have been working hard on the annual Christmas concert, which is being presented to the public at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 8. Choir instructor Dustin Moe said the groups of students have been working to put on a fine performance for the public to enjoy. This year the theme surrounds around celebrations that take place all around the US this time of year. The fifth and sixth grade bands will perform, and the kindergarten through sixth grade students will be singing. This is not a play, but several students will have speaking parts that will give you a lesson in the many special occasions celebrated around the country.
