I love to eat, apples and bananas

Like most any 4-year-old little girl, Ava Tweeten loves to help her mom, Bridgett, in the kitchen.
After tying on her kid-sized apron, she grabs the mixing bowl and eagerly reaches for a dozen eggs from the fridge, ready to mix up a batch of buttermilk pancakes.
Bridgett takes pride in watching her daughter help prepare the batter, with Ava mirroring her own actions.
When it’s time to eat, Ava devours an entire pancake and says, "More pancakes, please."
Bridgett smiles and obliges, thankful her daughter is asking for more and finding pleasure, rather than illness, in eating.
Several years prior, the food Ava was eating and supposed to be thriving on, was doing the exact opposite, it was making her sick.
