Extension office to seek agent for vacancy

WASHBURN – The North Dakota State University Extension Office is on the search for a new Family Community Wellness Agent.
At the McLean County Commissioners meeting o n T u e s d a y , E x t e n s i o n District Director asked the commissioners their thoughts on seeking to fill the vacancy. Courtney Hoikkala, who served as the county’s NDSU Extension Office Family Community Wellness Agent, left the position to take a similar position in Morton County, Gray explained. “Does the county support re-filling that FCW agent and
if so, are there any areas you want us to focus on in terms of expertise or educational background, or do we want another generalist,” Gray asked, noting that some counties want a generalist.
