City of Wilton seeking new city attorney
The city of Wilton has decided to table discussion to appoint a city attorney until more interest is sought.
The decision to look for a new appointment comes after the passing of Wilton City Attorney LaRoy Baird.
According the unofficial meeting minutes for June 19, published in the July 11 edition of The Leader-News, Commission President LeAnn Domonoske-Kellar contacted Nyhus Law Firm about becoming the new city attorney. However, a motion was made to table the discussion until more law firms could be contacted. The motion unanimously passed.
