City of Washburn sees rough draft of handbook to help transition in new commissioners
The city of Washburn leaders received the first rough copy of handbook being put together by the HR committee, which is designed to be a useful took for new commissioners.
During the February meeting of city of Washburn, Commissioner Keith Hapip Jr. presented a handbook to fellow commissioners
the HR committee has been working on to help those who may be elected onto the commission in the future.
