The fifth-annual Candy Caravan on Halloween Eve brought out a slew of local youngsters in search of Kit Kats, Jolly Ranchers, candy corn, AirHeads and a host of other all-time favorite sweets and treats. Local
businesses along Highway 83 and on the Main Avenue strip in Downtown Washburn welcomed the trick-ortreaters with a treasure trove of sugar-coated bliss. The community event was organized by Washburn Life.
