Washburn’s Lewis & Clark Cafe will be opening its doors again on Nov. 2 after being purchased in early September.
Wes Nostdahl, a longtime lover of old-fashioned diners and roadside cafes, bought the restaurant on September 10 after deciding that he wanted to own his own restaurant.
"I have owned a couple of other restaurants in the past. I had a small café called the Farmer’s Kitchen in Richey, Montana," Nostdahl said of his experience. "I also had a pizzeria in Lead, South Dakota called Mad Manz Pizza."
Nostdahl said that he felt the Lewis & Clark Cafe would be a great addition to the town.
