Max, Garrison host shootout

The girls have had their turn in their respective McLean County Shootout. Now, it’s the boys’ turn to shine at center court.
The McLean County Shootout is this weekend, Jan. 2-3, in Max and Garrison. Friday, three games are slated for Max and three at Garrison. Saturday, all games (six) will be played on the Roy Schei Gym hardwood, beginning at noon.
The tournament features six of the seven District 10 boys teams, including Center-Stanton, Garrison, Max, Underwood, Washburn and Wilton-Wing. All teams will play games each day except Wilton-Wing. The Miners will face Warwick Friday at 5:30 in Garrison.
Friday, games begin at 4 p.m. at the Roy Schei Gym in Garrison and Donald L. Roedocker Gym in Max.
