Cougars volleyball finish third in region

The Central McLean Cougars volleyball team finished the season with a win, beating Flasher 3-0 to clinch third place in the region. The Cougars beat the Washburn Cardinals in the first round of tournament play but lost to Shiloh Christian in the semi-finals. The Garrison Troopers went on to beat Shiloh in the regional championship game for a spot at the state tournament. The Cougars ended the regular season with an 18-6 record, securing them as the number two seat heading into the regional tournament in New Salem. Additionally, CMC
Cougars Leah Jacobson and Taya Hornberger made the All-Region team.
