Cougars open with big SB win

The Cougar fastpitch softball team started its season with a bang, annihilating the Glenburn Panthers in the Cougars’ season opener April 6 by the score of 19-0.
It didn’t start out looking like the Cougars were going to cruise to the easy win as they were left scoreless the first inning, which included two strike-outs.
The second inning the bats started coming alive for the Cougars as Taya Hornberger and Daisy Sparrow made their way around the bases to go up 2-0.
