Cougars edge Washburn in thrilling District showdown
The Central McLean Cougars girls basketball team delivered another heart-stopping performance Tuesday night, securing a 48-44 victory over district rivals Washburn.
Both teams battled fiercely in a game that remained tightly contested from start to finish, with neither side giving an inch.
