Cougar boys notch three Ws

The Cent ral McLean Cougars bumped their record up to 6-2 Saturday night after stringing three straight wins
together this past week.
The Cougars capped the week with a 61-51 win over Glen Ullin-Hebron in Turtle Lake. The night before the
Cougars held on down the stretch for a 64-61 victory over New England in Underwood, and Tuesday night the Cougars picked up a 74-59 District 10 win over Washburn on the wings of a 33-point scoringeffort from senior guard/forward Gunner Jacobs. The Cardinals started out strong Tuesday night, holding a seven-point, 38-31 edge.
The third quarter, however, belonged to the Cougars as senior guard A.J. Ketterling caught fire, scoring nine of his 16 points that stanza.
