Comets lose first two
The young Comets volleyball team is still sussing out what works well and what doesn’t, falling to Towner-Granville- Upham and Glenburn by the score of 3-1 in their first week of Class B volleyball action.
“We don’t have a lot of experience, so when we have close matches we’re stil l figuring out what it takes to win those close matches mentally,” said Comet coach Jordyn Singer. “I think that’s our biggest downfall of the team, and we need someone to step up and be that leader on the team.”
