Central McLean White claims JH Girls’ Basketball Tournament Championship
The Central McLean Junior High Girls’ Basketball Tournament kicked off on Friday, Dec. 13, in Turtle Lake, and after an exciting series of matchups, the Central McLean White team emerged victorious as tournament champions.
The tournament began at 3:30 p.m., featuring eight teams battling for the title.
In the first round, Central McLean Orange squared off against Standing Rock, securing a solid win to advance.
Hazen’s eighth-grade team faced off against Washburn, with Washburn emerging victorious.
