Central McLean girls cruise past Center-Stanton
The Central McLean Cougars girls’ basketball team continued their dominant season on January 28, rolling to a 72-22 victory over the Center-Stanton Wildcats in a Region 4 District 8 showdown.
The win improves the Cougars’ record to an impressive 15-1, further solidifying their hold on the top spot in the district standings.
Coming into the matchup, Central McLean had been one of the hottest teams in the region, riding a strong 14-1 record and showcasing their ability to control games on both ends of the court.
