All Central McLean qualifiers place at state

Their first goal was to make it to the state track meet – they did that.
Their second was to place at state – They all did that, too.
The Central McLean Cougars girls scored a total of seven points, as the two-mile relay team made up of Emily Eichhorst, MaKenna Wilson, Mackenzie Snyder and Maggie Eng placed sixth in the two-mile relay with a time of 10:20.97 Friday, during the state track meet’s opening day.
Thrower Nick Dammann captured sixth place in the discus with his throw of 138-10, his second-best throw of the season.
Jumper Mariah Sellon nabbed fifth place in the long jump with her leap of 17-2, her second best jump of the 2015 season.
Dammann also competed in the shot put, but did not place, while Sellon competed in the high jump and did not place.
