You need a couple to play pinochle

Pinochle is a game that requires more than just luck of the draw. It requires teamwork. That’s what Leon and Kellie Weisenburger have known for years. But the cards just weren’t falling their way at the latest Underwood tournament. "If I could use foul language, I would," Leon said. But regardless of who won or lost, the game was for a good cause. The Relay for Life team, the Pink Flamingos, put on the pinochle tournament in the Underwood City Hall hoping to raise some money for a cure, but by putting on the tournament, they raised awareness as well.
