Wilton man charged with sexual imposition, corruption of a minor
A Wilton man is set to face trial in June after being charged with two felonies in relation to interactions with a minor.
Tanner Tosseth, 29, was charged with sexual imposition of a minor, a class B felony, and corruption of a minor, a class C felony.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, the mother of a 15-year-old girl, also of Wilton, reported the rape of her daughter to authorities on Jan. 20. The 15-year-old went to a nearby hospital and underwent a forensic examination. On Jan. 22, she was interviewed by local authorities.
