Westridge group wants covenant enforcement

A contingent of residents of Underwood’s Westridge Estates was on hand at Monday night’s regular city commission meeting to voice their collective opposition regarding a property purchase request of Lot 12, Blk 3 of Westridge Estates (across from the current Josh Troyna residence).
Alexia McDonald and Nathan Nienow were not present at the meeting and asked that their request to purchase the property be tabled because they could not attend the meeting, but discussion was held regarding their request to purchase the property, as their intent is to put a 2300 sq. ft. manufactured home on the property.
At issue is that the home in question is a manufactured home, which is not allowed in the Westridge covenants.
The Westridge residents in attendance at the meeting resoundingly agreed that "we are opposed" to allowing a manufactured home be put in Westridge Estates.
Barbara Wolf and her husband recently moved to Underwood, erecting a stick-built home in Westridge.
