Warm weather and cold cash at WRT Membership Meeting
Temperatures and spirits soared, as over 250 members registered at WRT’s 71st Annual Membership Meeting on Friday, June 2, in Hazen. Those in attendance braved the warmer weather and humidity for a chance to win cold hard cash door prizes, in addition the recent mailing of capital credit checks, averaging $792 per member.
WRT Board President Matt Erhardt, Jr. welcomed those in attendance and to move the meeting along, referred to his annual report for highlights that included the cooperative’s newest launch of streaming TV assistance to help members better navigate “using your WRT internet service to watch programming online, such as local news, live sports, movies and more.” Members are encouraged to review the information on WRT’s website, attend local tech training events or visit their local office for a hands-on experience.
