Underwood students create ‘Art from the Heart’

Kindergarten through sixth-grade students at Underwood Grade School participated in an “Art from the Heart” event Tuesday.
Classes took part in an “art hour” as a way to “celebrate their hard work and mix up their classroom art,” according to Principal Katie Heger.
“Nina from ‘Art from the Heart’ is very talented and patient,” Heger added. “It was great to hear the students laughing, learning, and collaborating!”
Kindergarten and firstgrade students painted a fox on their canvasses, second and third grade students painted a pig, fourth grade students’ masterpieces featured a frog, while fifth and sixth grade students painted a cow.
