Tower construction going according to plan

Aside from switching the plans for the locations of a couple water mains from one side of the street to the other, the water line improvements and construction of the new water tower are going according to schedule.
That’s according to Turtle Lake Auditor Darwin Saari, as of Monday afternoon.
The pieces of the new water tower located on the west side of Turtle Lake were already being put together, and the project is anticipated to be complete sometime in September.
“Everything’s pretty much on plan,” said Saari.
