Still working on punch list

The punch list is getting shorter.
Monday night, Moore Enginering’s Jesse Berg updated member of the Underwood City Commission on Moore Engineering and Weisz and Sons’ "punch list" of things that still need to be finished on last year’s floodwater drainage project.
There were 34 items on the punch list earlier this spring, but now there are only 12 left to complete.
"They anticipate they will be done by the July 1 date set at the last meeting," said Berg, referring to Weisz and Sons.
"Everything seems to be going well," he added.
Property owned by Linda Pryor that has gone to weeds will need to be re-seeded, and she should be able to get lilacs for her tree row next spring from the Soil Conservation District.
