By Michael Johnson, Editor
Well-known historian and speaker Clay Jenkinson will speak at the final event of the “Key Ingredients” exhibit starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday at the Underwood City Hall. Event organizer Harmony Higbie said that guests to the exhibit can expect a one hour talk on the history and development of agriculture in North Dakota. He will also reminisce on the food traditions in North Dakota. “We are excited to have him come talk,” Higbie said. Following the talk those present can ask Jenkins questions during a Q & A with the scholar. Those that come will want to stick around following the talk to get in on the raffle drawing. The Smithsonian has been selling raffle tickets during the duration of the event for some major prizes. You won’t want to miss this drawing.
