New hospital COO likes variety of the job
GARRISON - - There’s something about Critical Access Hospitals that Adam Maus enjoys.
“I really like the Critical Access part of it,” said Maus of his job; he assumed the title of interim Chief Operations Officer for CHI St. Alexius Health’s hospitals in Garrison and Turtle Lake on May 23.
“I like having the broader responsibilities where you get to do a little bit more. Everybody in Critical Access does a little bit more than one job and I do like that. I plan to stick with Critical Access in the smaller facilities.”
