Mixed bag for re-openings
Some opting to hold off for a while

It was back to business-asusual Friday – almost. Restaurants and bars that have been running with takeout and curb-side pickup, and personal-care businesses including
salons and massage therapists that have been shut down for the past six weeks were allowed to open their doors for business Friday after Gov. Doug Burgum lifted his executive orders requiring them to modify or shut down their services.
