McLean County sheriff employees receive promotion
Two McLean County Sheriff’s Office deputies were given promotions, while a third employee received a recognition for experience.
During the McLean County Commission meeting held at the courthouse in Washburn, the commissioners unanimously approved two promotions and wage increase for three county employees.
McLean County Chief Deputy Auditor Lori Foss made three presentations to the commissioners that included the promotions and recognition.
Foss said Cody Meadows of the sheriff’s department was promoted to patrol lieutenant, which will bring his salary to $78,008.28. There is no probationary adjustment for this promotion.
