Jacobs pleads ‘guilty’ to 6 charges involving obscene material of minors
A Turtle Lake man pleaded “guilty” to six charges involving obscene material of minors the day before his trial was set to start in McLean County.
According to court records Aaron Jacobs, 31, had a change-of-plea hearing Oct. 23 and pleaded “guilty” to two counts of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor and four counts of possession of certain materials prohibited.
His trial was set to begin at 9 a.m. Oct. 24 after originally pleading “not guilty” July 3.
