Homecoming is coming to Turtle Lake

The CMC Cougars varsity football team takes on the South Border Mustangs at 7 p.m. Friday, September 30 at Turtle Lake for the annual homecoming game. Both Underwood School and Turtle Lake-Mercer will celebrate all week with different “dress up” days. Coronation for both schools’ homecoming courts will be Monday, September 26 at 2:30 p.m. at each respective school. Homec omi ng week, September 26 -30, is full of activities. McClusky is hosting its annual bonfire from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday. All schools’ bands will come together to practice on Thursday. Friday’s parade begins at 1 p.m. on Main Street in Turtle Lake.
