Gradin and Ash team up to service rural residents

Miles Gradin and Katie Ash recently partnered together at Century 21 Morrison Realty to service the Underwood and Washburn area.
One, a graduate from Washburn and the other an Underwood grad, they make a great team with a vat of knowledge that travels between Underwood, Washburn, Bismarck and beyond.
Gradin grew up west of Falkirk and graduated from Washburn High School in 1964. Working at Washburn Power and Equipment for 30 years, Gradin knows the area well.
In the past two years Gradin recently moved to Bismarck but lived in the Washburn-Underwood area for many years, helping him become extremely knowledgeable of rural real estate.
Gradin specializes in helping rural residents with all their real estate needs, whether that is moving to the Bismarck-Mandan area or moving into a rural residence.
Gradin said, "I enjoy the opportunity to provide the highest possible level of quality real estate service to rural areas."
