From booties to coozies - she’s hooked on crocheting

Crocheting.
It’s a nearly lost art that’s great for making baby booties and afghans.
But there are so many more things that can be made by putting a crochet hook to yarn and starting to “chain,” “yarn over” or “triple treble crochet.”
Underwood’s Becky Senski has been crocheting for 18 years, her first endeavor being a “very crooked blanket.”
But still, she was hooked – crochet hooked.
Since then, she has straightened out her stitches and has crocheted baby booties, baby dresses, afghans, lap-ghans, infinity scarves, winter caps, headbands, and even a king-sized granny square blanket.
