Four new staffers at Underwood School

Often with the new school year come new staff members, and that is the case at Underwood this year, as four new staffers will be serving the students at the school.
Ron Slaba, Math teacher
Filling the math teacher position that has been vacant for a couple years is Ron Slaba, who will be teaching junior high math and three high school maths. He has also signed on as a track coach.
A rancher for 32 years before handing over the reins of the ranch to his son, Slaba worked at the Harding County, SD, school with high school SPED students.
In his spare time he enjoys golfing as much as he can as well as spending time on the lake. He is an EMT and also enjoys basketball refereeing.
