District Republicans urge voter turnout
BY DANIEL ARENS
Turnout was much smaller at this fall’s annual rally for District 33 Republicans than it was at the nominating convention earlier this year,
when strongly competitive races were held for both North Dakota Senate and North Dakota House seats from the district. However, the primary message of speakers during the rally was not to let the enthusiasm wane, but to get Republicans out to vote and to encourage their friends to vote as Election Day 2022 approaches. “We want to recognize and support our Republican candidates for this year, especially our state legislative candidates,” Fred Stern, Dis t r ic t 3 3 Republican Chairman, said.
