Civic club plans for Easter Bunny visit

The Underwood Civic Club isn’t putting all of its eggs in one basket, but the civic group is hoping the COVID-19 climate will keep improving, setting the date for this year’s Easter Egg Hunt for April 3 at Poolside Park.
The civic club held its regular January meeting Jan 13, not only setting the date for its next major event, but electing a president as well. The civic club has not had an official president for several years, opting instead to have meeting chairpersons.
Alisha Schieber, owner/ operator of The Hymnus Tree in Underwood, was elected president, while Danielle Levey was elected treasurer, and Diane Schell was named secretary.
