Badlands Paparazzi – the boutique on wheels

Food trucks – they’re nothing new.
Jewelry trucks? There aren’t a lot of those around.
Actually, in this area, there’s probably just one, and that distinction goes to Badlands Paparazzi, the “jewelry boutique on wheels.”
Featuring pop-up live-streamed Facebook jewelry parties in addition to their traveling boutique, Badlands Paparazzi is bringing jewelry to the masses locally in their tricked out trailer that is stocked front to back with today’s fashion accessories – all for $5 each. It’s all lead and nickel-free, notes business co-owner Melissa Schauer, so while it is inexpensive, it’s also great for people who have lead and nickel sensitivity.
The business, part of the Paparazzi Accessories enterprise, came about when Schauer was looking for a way to help her three nieces, Shania, 19; Skylar, 18; and Chloe, 15, of Turtle Lake, make some money to help pay for college. The name “Badlands Paparazzi” is an off-shoot of Melissa’s other business, Badlands Medical Staffing. It just made sense, as did picking a business her three nieces would enjoy.
