Outside of routine meeting and financial item review and approvals, the main item on the June Turtle Lake City commission meeting was the Comprehensive Plan Development for the City of Turtle Lake.

Turtle Lake-Mercer Salutatorian Ben Goven warmed up the crowd with a joke about the slow-paced life of a Turtle Lake-Mercer student, and Valedictorian Ryeleigh Laib reminded her classmates and the audience of their time in school that passed in the blink of an eye.
