2025 blasting schedule for Falkirk Mine published
The Falkirk Mining Company has released its blasting schedule for 2025 to notify the community of what to expect if and when blasting occurs.
The public notice was first published in the Dec. 12 edition of the Leader-News and is running for the second time in this edition, highlight the blasting schedule required by Century Code 60-05.2- 12-03.
“Blasting will be conducted between sunrise and sunset Monday through Sunday, beginning Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2025,” the public notice stated. “Mine access roads will be posted with blast warning signs. Ramps to pits where blasting is in progress will be blocked.”
